Targets hit with this weapon are less likely to avoid ranged attacks from owner, increasing their dodge difficulty by owners Essence, while the owner ignores penalties for cover on that target. This object sometimes appears fashioned into an arrowhead, rather than a thrown blade. It is detailed in Aspect Book Air [ab_a.76] and Oadenol's Codex [ocdx.33].
