People the circle has worked with amicably in the past:
- Korlysto - No Moon leader who oversaw Guen's initition
- Lenni - a pixie-like spirit with a loud voice who trained Gutts in dexterity for "big bag firedust".
- Sage - a scholar who works with Trieste
- Seventh Amethyst - an officer spirit on the Island of Broken Masks who betrayed the court there to help the circle.
- Son of the Silent Fist - (dead) officer of the Dawn's Edge, eaten by the demon-worm pulling a Lintha ship
- Steel Sun - captain of the Dawn's Edge
- Tidal Influence - a seahorse-headed water spirit who acted as guide to the circle in the Western Ocean
- Trieste - Immaculate monk who turned on his dragon-blooded comrades and helped the circle, eventually introducing them to Sundial.
