The Myrmidons are an order of knights from the west. They are thought to be the best fighters in the world. Matched swords and no armor. All have three syllable names which end in "-ax". The particulars of the order are secretive, but the order itself is known the world over.
On the Ilse of Lasidina in the City of Myrmidos is the Academy.
Renegade swords are rumored to turn yellow or red.
Lasidinia has never given up central control. Every [[Red Army] boat that tries to get to Lasidinia sinks.
