Delver's Guild Packs

These packs really exist just to make managing gear on a character sheet a bit easier, where the pack acts as a shorthand for stuff adventurers usually haul around. It uses prices and weights from the Pathfinder SRD.

Members of the Delver's Guild can buy pre-made packs of gear for a slightly reduced cost.

Starter Pack

Made for beginners, this is a standard set of inexpensive, typical gear.

Cartographers Kit

With mapping being such a large part of the Delver's Guild's modus operandi, it's not surprising that the Guild offers the steepest discounts for mapping gear. An unspoken rule of the guild is that delvers who use these packs are obligated to share their maps when they are finished.

Engineering Barrel

While most delvers don't regularly travel with a full complement of excavation tools, they occasionally hit situations where they need to brute force their way somewhere. For these situations, the Guild offers a barrel full of tools for getting through walls, building scaffolds and so on. The barrel is constructed with two rings, one sticking out on each side. A 10' pole can be run through each side, allowing two people to carry the barrel with the poles, a bit like a palanquin. Straps can also be affixed to the rings, allowing a large (or very strong) creature to carry the barrel on its back.

Wilderness rig

While most guild members never set foot outside Ptolus, the Guild offers this pre-stocked pack saddle for a pack animal. While originally intended for travel outside the city, these packs often get strapped to donkeys and brought into large cave systems.
