Cassiadora provides you with a black leather bag. This is a type II bag of holding, which weighs up to 25 pounds, but can contain up to 500 pounds or 70 cubic feet. Inside this bag are the following:

liquid light (pints) ◻◻ - clear glass pint bottles, each in their own padded leather cases, filled with very brightly glowing liquid. Each pint of liquid:

  • (continuous) Acts as a permanent daylight spell: bright light in 60' radius; increases light level by one step for additional 60'; damages creatures who take damage from bight light (though dos not replicate sunlight); cases keep light contained; if brought into magical darkness, the area of overlap is lit as if neither the light or dark were there.
  • (consumes) Used as a spell component for a spell with the Good or Light descriptor, spell gets cast as if cast by someone two levels higher (including adding +2 to save DC).
  • (consumes) Used as a splash weapon, deals 3d6 to evil outsiders and undead. Heals 3d6 when splashed on good outsiders.

Vallis (levels) ◻◻◻◻◻ - Speck of dust from Vallis moon. Can be used to power spells (that is, cast spells without spending a slot to do so). Each spell level so powered consumes a bit of the speck. So, if used to power a 2nd level spell, this would then only have three "points" remaining.

holy water (flasks) ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻ - Each flask of holy water can help remove the evil taint from something, or help in blessing something. It also acts as acid against undead or evil outsiders, dealing 2d4 points on a direct hit. (There are eight flasks to a gallon)

onyx dogs ◻◻ - A wooden case contains two onyx dog figurines. Each statue has its own command word, written on a piece of paper within the case ("victus" and "canis"). When a figure's command is spoken, it changes into a creature with the same properties as a riding dog except that it is endowed with an Intelligence of 8, can communicate in Common, and has exceptional olfactory and visual abilities. It has the scent ability and adds +4 on its Perception checks. It has 60-foot darkvision, and it can see invisibility. A single onyx dog can be used once per week for up to 6 hours. It obeys only the person who activated it.

deck of illusions - A set of 34 parchment cards in an ivory box, each with a picture of a creature on it. When a card is drawn at random and thrown to the ground, a major image of a creature is formed. The figment lasts until dispelled. The illusory creature cannot move more than 30 feet away from where the card landed, but otherwise moves and acts as if it were real. At all times it obeys the desires of the character who drew the card. When the illusion is dispelled, the card becomes blank and cannot be used again. If the card is picked up (by anyone), the illusion is automatically and instantly dispelled.

arcane scrolls - A small, locked, redwood chest (key provide) contains a number of arcane scrolls:

  • alarm ◻◻◻ - warns if anyone enters a specific area.
  • unseen servant ◻◻ - summons an invisible valet.
  • floating disk ◻◻ - creates 3-ft.-diameter horizontal disk that holds 100 lbs./level.
  • locate object ◻ - senses direction toward well-known or clearly visualized object.
  • knock ◻◻ - opens locked or magically sealed door.
  • rope trick ◻ - Hide as many as eight creatures in extradimensional space.
  • shrink item ◻ - non-magical object shrinks to one-sixteenth size.
  • dimensional anchor ◻ - prevents a target from using extradimensional movement, teleportation, etc.
  • break enchantment ◻ - frees subjects from enchantments, transmutations, and curses.

divine scrolls - A small, locked, white oak chest (key provide) contains a number of divine scrolls:

  • detect undead ◻ - reveals undead within 60 ft.
  • consecrate ◻◻ - fills area with positive energy, weakening undead. Can also cancel effects of its opposite, desecrate.
  • remove blindness/deafness ◻◻ - cures normal or magical blindness or deafness.
  • remove curse ◻◻ - frees object or person from curse.
  • remove disease ◻◻ - cures a normal or magical disease.
  • neutralize poison ◻◻ - cures a normal or magical disease.
  • restoration ◻◻◻◻ - heals ability damage.
  • sending ◻◻ - delivers 25 word message anywhere, instantly.
  • break enchantment ◻◻ - frees subjects from enchantments, transmutations, and curses.
  • hallow ◻ - designates a location as holy. Can also counter the effects of its opposite, unhallow.

wand case - A black, lacquered box holds a number of wands, all fully charged:

  • detect secret doors (arcane) ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻
  • feather fall (arcane) ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻
  • remove fear (divine) ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻
  • lesser restoration (divine) ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻◻
