A First Age building in Chiaroscuro, originally intended as a public water source and bathhouse. In its prime, magical enchantments on the building collected rainwater and moisture from the air. Built to be durable, the building took only moderate damage during the battles that destroyed much of the rest of the city, but its water-gathering magic is now extremely erratic, to the point that the lower levels of the structure are completely flooded.

The Tears of Heaven is also the location of Chiaroscuro's gate to Yu-Shan (#54). The gate is on the lowest level, now under about 100 feet of water, but still fully functional.
