Summary: Summon or banish bow and arrows to/from Elsewhere.
Banish your bow to, or summon it back from, Elswhere. You may also use the charm to banish a quiver of arrows to Elswhere. The quiver can be summoned back whole with another activation, or single arrows may be summoned directly to your bowstring one at a time, paying the charm cost each time. Only a single bow may be used with this charm at a time and it must be familiar to you to be so used.
