Hydra with ten heads, one of each of the magical materials (adamant, the five jades, moonsilver, orichalcum, starmetal, soulsteel). Whole body is made of a sheets of material, interlocking to form a specific shape. The skeleton is adamant, with "flesh" made from panes of glass.

Attacks with each head each round. Doesn't defend at all when "flesh" remains. The hydra has an initial +0 damage track of 24 boxes, representing the flesh. This has very little soak and is easily destroyed, shattering into fragments.

Once the flesh is gone, the hydra becomes much more mobile, gaining six dodge successes against all attacks. The soak of the skeleton in heads is also much higher, and the hydra's real damage track begins.

Each head gains magical material bonuses for attacking.
