Alchemical Weapon Sources

Grenadier alchemists may use an "alchemical liquid or powder" to infuse a "weapon or piece of ammunition" with an additional effect on the target the next time it is used. This is expensive, and the rules are a bit hazy. Here are some possible reagent that can be used with this ability:

alchemists fire 20gp Takes 1d6 fire damage. Next round, takes another 1d6 fire damage.
acid 10gp Takes 1d6 acid damage.
alkali 30gp Takes 1d6 acid damage. Double damage against oozes and acid-based creatures.
elemental flux 10gp Takes 1d6 damage of random energy type (acid, cold, electricity, or fire).
liquid ice 40gp Takes 1d6 cold damage.
itching powder 60gp –2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks (Fortitude DC 12 save negates).
pepper smoke 60gp Covered in red smoke for one round and sickened (Fortitude DC 12 save negates).
shadowcloy 25gp Target treats lighting as one level darker for one round (natural darkness becomes supernatural darkness, etc.)
sneezing powder 60gp For each of the next 1d4+1 rounds, target staggered until next action (Fortitude DC 12 save, negates that round).
spellscortch 200gp For the next minute, must make a Concentration check with a DC equal to 10 + spell level to cast a spell, and all other concentration checks to cast spells take a –5 penalty (Fortitude DC 14 negates).
thunderstone 200gp Deafened for 1 hour (Fortitude DC 15 negates).
tanglefoot bag 50gp Entangled: –2 penalty on attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity and must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be glued to the floor (on success, movement is still halved).
weapon blanch, adamantine 100gp This powder can coat 10 bullets with a full round of preparation, or can be used for one bullet as a swift action with the Alchemical Weapon ability. It allows the bullet to ignore damage reduction keyed to certain materials.
