Second Strike

The Second Strike was a pirate ship, lead by Captain Dowell, whose one-time first mate had been Walter McBride. The Second Strike was a sleek ship, painted all black. Her namesake came from the old saying that "lightening never strikes the same place twice". The same was said of pirate ships, never attacking the same fleet twice in a row, but the Second Strike broke that convention, and would strike a fleet until all the ships were captured.
Her flag was black featuring two white lightening bolts.
The Second Strike sank during the Thorn campaign.
