- Kal Bax - a first age solar sorcerer/architect
- Karnis Tarani - a member of Sundial, according to Jorias
- The Smith - powerful solar sorcer who lives in the Wyld. Stories of him used to frighten Imperial children.
- Supplicent of Horn - a woman Jorias was told was searching for the meaning of the word �ongenwalh�
- White Queen - rumored hero who supposedly rescued the costal village of Lush (near Thorns) after it had been �abducted by a deathlord�
