Fakharu, being a lesser elemental dragon of water, is a "huge, sleek, serpentine beast covered in golden green scales". Though a censor of a spirit court in the Western Ocean, Fakharu spends most of his time painting and writing with his mortal lover Amarel.
Fakharu is presented in more detail in Time of Tumult (in the Exiles of the Western Ocean section) and in the main Exalted rule book (pg. 293).
