Though originally named something else, the name everyone now uses originates in the murder of thirteen of the men who built the bridge under mysterious circumstances. The bridge is constructed mostly of wood, with a flat, fenced surface connecting roads on either side, supported by a large latticework arch anchored a multiple points into the casm walls.
