The membership requirements of the Grangers are unknown, though they count many scholars and artists among their ranks, so it is likely that selection is made on some intellectual grounds. Ostensibly, [[Acteaon]] formed the society to contain men of law, learning and letters, though it is unknown if this is still the case.<br /> <br /> The current number of members is unknown. The society was started by Actaeon in 1418. Formed in Dalenden, it is assumed that they are still headquartered there.<br /> <br /> Members of the Grangers are not supposed to admit that they are members, and are even more loathe to slip any detail of the society.<br /> <br /> The Grangers might have some link to the [[Order of the Black Orchid]].
