White Queen

According to rumors overheard in Nexus, a heroic woman in bright white armor rescued the inhabitants of a small costal village south of Thorns after they had been "abducted by a deathlord". She has evidently started recruiting mortals in the area to help resist the occupation of Thorns and is generally referred to as the "white queen". Some believe that she is somehow related to the Scarlet Empress, with a fringe element holding that she actually is the empress, returned in a new body. Many doubt this, pointing to "evidence" that she is behind an increasing amount of anti-Imperial activity in the nation of Harborhead.
